Send an official letter addressed to the Director of Sanitary Engineering Operation and Maintenance Directorate stating the name of the company and justification for disposal.

Ministry of Works

Review the application and send a copy of the conditions to the applicant.

Applicant

In case the waste matches the conditions provided, the applicant notifies the Ministry of the place, date and time of the disposal

Visit the site according to the date to ensure the type of waste

Ministry of Works

In case the waste was compliance to the requirements, the applicant will be allowed to dispose them. In case the waste was not complaint to the requirements, the applicant will not be allowed to dispose them.
