This service is provided by the Ministry of Health to Individuals requesting to stamp the transfer form, examples of these transfers:

1. Transfer to hospitals
   • Salmaniya Medical Complex
   • Bahrain Defense Force Hospital
   • King Hamad University Hospital
   • Jidhafs Maternity Hospital
2. Transfer of secondary care outpatient clinics at Salmaniya Medical Complex.
3. Transfer to a specialized clinics and health centers.
4. Transfer of dental services specialist for primary and secondary care.
5. Transfer to the department of physical therapy.
