Delivery Services Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Health to Individuals requesting to obtain the related delivery services that will guarantee a level of care and comfort for all pregnant women before and after the delivery to provide healthy environment for mother and child.

Visit the Ministry of Health to submit all required documents and information and fill the information request form by the companion (husband or guardian) before delivery.

In case of submission of all required documents and information, provide the necessary services for the pregnant women and transfer to the delivery room.

Applicant

After delivery, father records the child data in administration section and submits the data to the officers to enter the data on the system.
