This service is provided by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority to Businesses requesting to merge commercial registrations for more than one branch or change the business activities.

1.       Work Load alert Form (Original)

2.       Old and new Commercial registration(Copy)

3.       Letter containing the required number of work permits(Original)

4.       Recent bank statement of the establishment (last 3 months)( Copy)

5.       Latest electricity bill(Copy)

6.       Photos from the interior and the exterior of the establishment premises(Copy)

7.       Proof of work volume (example: awarded project's contracts supported with construction permits if the company is working in the construction sector, or invoices of imported products from outside Bahrain, supported by the customs invoices if the company is working in the retail import and export sector, or copies of vehicles ownership owned by the company if the company is working in the transport sector, or customs papers verifying the shipment of goods if the company is working in loading and unloading activities)( Copy)

Original copy of the commercial registration branches merge sample approved by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Affairs not older than 6 months
