Visit the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf to submit all required documents and information.

Assign a lawyer to complete the procedures If the applicant doesnt hire a lawyer, the applicant must visit the specialists office, to form the lawsuit.

Ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be rejected and thus returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information.

In case of submission of all required documents and information, visit the legal researcher to register the lawsuit and to print the list with the date of the hearing.

For urgent cases: Visit the head of department to collect the approval. If the approval is not granted, the lawsuit will not be prepared.
