Commercial Registration Offences Removal Request

This service is provided by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority to Businesses requesting the removal of an offence placed on their establishments by the Authority.

   Required Documents

The required documents for the previous offences:

  1. Copy of the Commercial Registration
  2. Copy of the recent electricity bill
  3. Copy of the valid lease contract or ownership deed, in case the premise is owned by the establishment
  4. Copy of exterior and interior photos of the establishment premises
  5. Copy of the Identity Card of the employer or the authorized person or the representative
  6. Submit a proof of work load for companies and enterprises
  7. Copy of the bank statement of the establishment for the last 6 months
  8. Copy of the employees’ labor contracts
  9. Copy of the employees’ salary payment for the last 3 months

 

For the "work load verification" offence, all the above mentioned documents should be submitted in addition to the following documents:

  1. Copy of the detailed insurance log of the employees registered with the establishment          
  2. Copy of the Identity Cards of the employees

 

In case the offence is “establishment was closed during inspection”, the employee should submit the following documents:

  1. Copy of the Commercial Registration           
  2. Copy of the recent electricity bill  
  3. Exterior and interior photos of the enterprise              

 

If the offence is “Lack of conformity with the terms and conditions of the issued license”, the employer or the authorised person (with power of attorney certified by the court) should visit the front offices for the inspection department

Type of offences under this service:

  1. Establishment does not exist (inactive)
  2. Lack of cooperation with the inspection team
  3. Establishment did not provide information of the work premises
  4. The number of expatriate employees mismatches the approved and actual registered number
  5. Establishment exists, but is not equipped to start the activity
  6. Performing unlicensed activity
  7. Establishment is in the process of completing the required terms for the premises equipment
  8. Establishment was closed during the inspection and there was no response to the inspection notification
