This service is provided by the Ministry of Education to the special needs students requesting to register to obtain a scholarship inside Kingdom of Bahrain.

   Required Documents

  1. Original and copy of the graduation affidavit issued from Examination Directorate.
  2. Original and copy of general secondary transcript for all semesters
  3. An affidavit issued by the school and an equivalent certificate issued by Special Education Directorate illustrates the percentage of cumulative rate (for graduates of private schools)
  4. Copy of a valid passport for the student and guardian
  5. Good Conduct affidavit issued from the school
  6. Copy of birth certificate
  7. Personal photo size (6x4) and write the student name at the back. 6 photos are required for nominated students for the scholarship in the Arabian Gulf University
  8. The University acceptance letter
  9. Good conduct certificate issued by the Ministry of the Interior
  10. Medical Fitness Examination Certificate
  11. Bank account

   Important notes

  • Others:
  1. The applicant should be ofgood conduct.
  2. The application should be applied in the same year of graduating from general secondary.
  3. The applicant should be registered as a special need student at the educational sector and benefited from Special Education Directorate services.
  4. The special needs students’ scholarships are limited to local governmental universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain only.
