Visit the National Health Regulatory Authority to submit the required documents and information or send by mail or email or through the national suggestions and complaints system (Tawasul).

National Health Regulatory Authority

Review the complaint and ensure that it falls within NHRA jurisdiction and send a notification to the applicant by mail or email to confirm receival of the complaint.

National Health Regulatory Authority

Investigate the complaint details and send the complaint response to the applicant via an official letter.
