Health Status for Pension Replacement Ratification Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Health to Individuals who requested a pension replacement and requesting to obtain the Medical Committees decision regarding examining the health status and age estimation, where the pension replacement is a loan the employee or the governmental retired employee can take it from the insurance benefits as an one batch amount, the employee later on will settle this amount as a deduction from salary (for employee) or retirement (for retired).

   Required Documents

  1. Official letter from the Social Insurance Organization addressed to the head of the Medical Commissions stating the request
  2. Copy of the pension replacement application form
  3. Recent cardiograph includes the name, personal number and the cardiograph date
  4. Recent chest x-rays
  5. Blood test report
  6. Detailed medical report from the advisory personnel in case of any chronic health diseases
