Travel and Tourism Office License Issuance Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to Businesses requesting to obtain a license to open travel and tourism offices in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

   Service Terms

  • Experience:
The owners experience should not be less than 3 years
  • Financial Information:
The project capital should not be less than BD 20,000 for every activity
  • Target User Group:

   Required Documents

For the initial visit:

  1. An approval form from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism official entities
  2. Copy of the Identity Card and passport
  3. Articles of Association draft(for Businesses)
  4. Office address
  5. Copy of the qualifications and practical experience in the same field
  6. Bank statement showing the financial position

For the final visit:

  1. Commercial Registration
  2. Approval from all official entities

   Important notes

  • Readiness:
  1. Site should be located in a commercial area and the area of the property should not be less than 45 square meters
  2. The organization activity should not be less than 2 years in the travel and tourism field
  • Exceptions:
Must not add any other activity to the office unless it is in the same field
