Inform the applicant through email and text message to attend to the Ministry building to conform the documents origin.

In case of submission of all required documents and information, the application will be reviewed and then presented to the National Committee to review it and then take the necessary toward the equation.

Inform the applicant with the approval or rejection through email and text message.

Visit Ministry of Education to collect the required affidavit, and the applicant is able to follow up with the application through the Application Status Inquiry service, as well as the concerned entities are able to show and view the affidavit through eGovernment portal.

Previous academic qualifications data form for qualification to be studied (General Secondary / Higher Diploma / Bachelor / Master)
Scan the attachments for the following basic documents:

Copy of the Identity Card
Copy of the Passport
The original qualification to be equated or original copy of it
Academic achievement record certified by the educational institution
An affidavit from the educational institution stating the study way if they are not mentioned in the academic achievement record
