This service is provided by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau to Individuals requesting to register a sale of an estate through an auction.

- Identity Card or passport(passport is required for expatriates)
- Original sale agreement
- Original ownership deed
- Estate registration request form
- Court judgment with regards to the awarded auction, any documents related to the estate, non-appeal certificate and implementation rule
- Letter from the court that awarded the auction stating that the estate has no restrictions and limitation
Payment

- 2% of awarded sale price
- Discount of 15% from the registration fee if registered within 2 months from court ruling
- BD 1 for registration
