  1. Identity Card or passport(passport is required for expatriates)
  2. Original sale agreement
  3. Original ownership deed
  4. Estate registration request form
  5. Court judgment with regards to the awarded auction, any documents related to the estate, non-appeal certificate and implementation rule
  6. Letter from the court that awarded the auction stating that the estate has no restrictions and limitation

  • Discount of 15% from the registration fee if registered within 2 months from court ruling
