Submit an electronic request to the Supreme Council for Environment to fill the Import of Air-conditioning Gas Application Form and submit it along with the required documents and information to the respective employee and inform them of the date, time and place of the air-conditioning gas arrival.

Ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be rejected and thus returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information.

In case the submitted documents and information are complete, send an electronic copy of the license to the applicant.

Upon the arrival of the shipment, the applicant must present the copy of the license sent from the Council to the respective inspector.

Conduct the examination of the air-conditioning gas to ensure that the specifications match the specifications and criteria of the Council.

If the specifications match, the shipment will be allowed to enter the Kingdom the Bahrain.

In case the specifications do not match, the shipment will be re-exported to the country of origin.
