3. An affidavit issued by the school and an equivalent certificate issued by Special Education Directorate stating the percentage of cumulative rate (for graduates of private schools)
4. Copy of a valid passport for the student and guardian
5. Good Conduct certificate issued from the school
6. Copy of the birth certificate
7. Personal photo size (6x4) and write the student name at the back. 6 photos are required for nominated students for the scholarship in the Arabian Gulf University
8. The University acceptance letter
9. Good conduct certificate issued by the Ministry of the Interior
10. Medical Fitness Examination Certificate

Universities outside Kingdom of Bahrain:

Kuwait University

1. University enrollment form
2. Original and copy of the graduation affidavit issued from Examination Directorate.
3. Original and copy of the transcript for general secondary for all the semesters where it should be ratified on the result of last semester and graduation affidavit by Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassy at Kingdom of Bahrain
4. An affidavit issued by the school and an equivalent certificate issued by Special Education Directorate illustrates the percentage of cumulative rate (for graduates of private schools)
5. Copy of a valid Identity Card (both sides)
6. Copy of a valid passport for the student and guardian
7. 4 personal new photos size 6x4 and write the student name at the back
8. Copy of the birth certificate
9. Medical Fitness Examination Certificate
10. Affidavit states that the student is free from Epidemic diseases
11. Good conduct certificate issued by the Ministry of the Interior

Qatar University

3. An affidavit issued by the school and an equivalent certificate issued by Special Education Directorate stating the percentage of cumulative rate for graduates of private schools
4. Copy of a valid passport for the student and guardian
5. 6 personal new photos size 6x4 and write the student name at the back
6. IELTS exam certificate with a percentage not less than 5.5 and SAT exam certificate with a percentage not less than 500 points, if any
7. Copy of the birth certificate
8. Good Conduct certificate issued from the school

KSA Universities

1. Original and copy of the graduation affidavit issued from Examination Directorate.
2. Original and 7 copies of the general secondary for all the semesters except the candidates of King Saud University and King Abdul Aziz University, the ratification of the graduation affidavit and transcripts will be by the Saudi Cultural Attach in Kingdom of Bahrain for the candidates of the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud only.
3. An affidavit issued by the school and an equivalent certificate issued by Special Education Directorate stating the percentage of cumulative rate for graduates of private schools.
4. Good Conduct certificate and two copies for it.
5. Copy of a valid passport for the student and guardian.
6. 6 personal new photos size 6x4 and write the student name at the back.
7. Medical Fitness Examination Certificate

9. Two recommendations from an Islamic Institution or any known Preachers for the candidates of the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud only.
