Complaints and Enquiries Submission Request

This service is provided by theTelecommunications Regulatory Authorityto Individuals, Businesses, Governmental Entities and NGOs requesting to submit a complaint related to the telecommunication service providers in the Kingdom of Bahrain where theAuthoritycoordinates between both parties to resolve the complaint in an appropriate manner.

   Required Documents

Registration process:


  1. Personal information (name, email, contact details, etc.)
  2. Complaint information (service provider name, subscription service type, disputed number, date of the complaint with the service provider and the reference number)

Required documents to submit the complaint:


  1. Complaint details
  2. Copy of the applicant’s Identity Card or passport
  3. Copy of the correspondences with the service provider regarding the complaint
  4. Power of Attorney from the service subscriber (for business users)
  5. Copy of the Commercial Registration (for business users)

   Important notes

  • Others:
  1. Submit the complaint to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority after the completion of the complaint procedure with the service provider without a resolution.
  2. Submit the complaint to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority if the complaint was not resolved within 60 days with the concerned service provider.
