   Required Documents

  1. Loan amount
  2. Mortgage conditions and period
  3. Real estate number and location
  4. An agreement states the applicants wish to payback the mortgage and its benefits, without violation the minors’ rights, if the loan or mortgage is for the minors ‘benefit, a statement stating the source of funding to pay the installments due should be attached
  5. No objection letter from other minors (if applicable)
  6. Drafted Mortgage agreement
  7. Real estate’s picture that will be mortgaged
