Noise Certificate Issuance Request
This service is provided by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications to Businesses and Governmental Entities requesting to issue a noise certificate for any registered aircraft.

Service Terms
- Financial Information:
The certificate will be issued only if all payments are made.

Required Documents
- Letter addressed to the Director of Aeronautical Licensing
- Application form for Noise Certificate
- Records of the noise levels of the aircraft
- Each application should include with regards to the new aircraft:
- A statement, signed by the exporting authority that the aircraft conforms to a design approved by the BCAA
- The noise information determined in accordance with the noise certificate applicable requirements
- With regard to used aircrafts:
- The noise information determined in accordance with the noise certificate applicable requirements
- Historical records to establish the production, modification, and maintenance standard of the aircraft
Important notes
- Readiness:
A noise certificate will be issued for an unlimited duration and will remain valid if it was:
- Compliant with the applicable type-design, environmental protection and continuing airworthiness requirements
- The aircraft remains on the Kingdom of Bahrain’s register
- The certificate is not being surrendered or revoked
- Others:
The statements referred in the documents subparagraph (4) (i) and (ii) shall be issued no more than 60 days before presentation of the aircraft to the Authority
