Work Permit Ceiling Increase Request

This service is provided by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority to Businesses requesting to increase the works permits ceiling placed by the Labour Market Regulatory Authority by providing documents that prove the additional work load such as:

Awarded project's contracts supported with construction permits.
Invoices of imported products from outside Bahrain supported by the customs invoices.

Ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be rejected and thus returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information.

In case the submitted documents and information are complete, the applicant will be informed through telephone with the approval or rejection of the request.

In case the request was approved, inform the applicant through telephone that the work permit ceiling has been increased.
