Activity Description

Applicant

Obtain the application form by sending an email to the concerned specialist.

Applicant

Fill the form and attach all the required documents and information and submit them to the respective specialist by email, and provide the certificates to the department in person at the Ministry of Labour and Social Development.

Ensure all required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the application will be rejected and thus returned to the applicant to complete the missing documents and information.

If all the documents and information are submitted, the application will be reviewed and the certificate will be stamped.

Notify the applicant via telephone or email to personally collect the certificate.
