Private and Theatrical Events License Issuance Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism to Individuals and Businesses requesting to obtain a license to organize the following events in the Kingdom of Bahrain:

Private events held in hotels, clubs and associations
Theatrical events (Local events are within the responsibility of Ministry of Culture and Arts)

Required Documents

Private events of hotels, clubs and associations:

Official letter stating the date and time of the event
Written consent from the event’s site owner to conduct the event
Copy of the Commercial Registration and Tourism License (license for the event contractor)

Theatrical events:

Official letter stating the date and time of the event
Copy of Commercial Registration and Tourism License (license for event contractor)
Written consent from the Culture and Arts Department
Written consent from the Press and Publication Department (script approval)
