This service is provided by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf to Individuals requesting to be a real estate brokers inside Kingdom of Bahrain by obtaining a Real Estate Broker License.

   Service Terms

  • Age:
The applicant age should not be under 21 years of age and be fully competent
  • Experience:
The applicant should be fluent in reading and writing in Arabic
  • Target User Group:

   Required Documents

  1. A letter to his excellency the Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs requesting to be registered in the Real Estate Brokers Register
  2. Copy of the Identity Card and passport
  3. End of service or retirement certificate if the applicant's passport or Identity Card shows that he was employed in the public or private sector
  4. Two photographs
  5. Letter from the Criminal Investigation Directorate stating that there are no previous criminal offences for the applicant

   Important notes

  • Exceptions:
The applicant should not be sentenced for a criminal or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude or trust unless he grants a validation
  • Others:
The applicant should be resident in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
