Enter Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications website to fill and print airport vehicle permit application form.

Applicant

Coordinate with the Bahrain Airport Company to test and check the vehicle that will be used.

In case the vehicle passed the test, approve the vehicle and sign the form and submit it to the applicant.

Submit the form with all the required documents and information to the chief Airport Pass and Access Control in Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications.

Review and ensure all the required documents and information are complete. In case the submitted documents and information are incomplete, the applicant will be notified by phone to complete the missing documents and information.

Attend to the Civil Aviation Affairs to get the permit.

Important notes

Readiness:

Organization’s logo must be attached on both sides of the vehicle
All vehicles should carry at least one small fire extinguisher approved by the Bahrain Airport Company
Vehicle to be used in the airport must be equipped with safety equipment
Operational vehicles used in the airport runway must be equipped with the necessary protection and safety tools
