Unified Student File Checking Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Education to the accepted students at the beginning of each semester requesting to check their documents and ratify them by stamping them with the Check stamp.

  • Unified student file (bachelors, Co-Diploma, Diploma):
  1. General Information about the student, university enrollment information, specialization.
  2. Medical examination certificate.
  3. General secondary certificate.
  4. Study Plan for the program in which the student studies.
  5. Document stating the transferred student status from previous higher education institution in the event of transfer.
  6. Good Conduct certificate.
  7. Document stating the discontinuance or study postponement.
  8. Graduation documents.
