Payment and Deposit Offer Request

This service is provided by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf to Individuals requesting to obtain a payment and deposit file with the General Registrar Office to show the debt and deposited amounts.

   Required Documents

  1. A letter to the Public Registrar requesting to offer or deposit indicating the debt amount and its nature
  2. A copy of the letter of the offer and deposit addressed to the creditor with an indication by the debtor of the debt amount and nature
  3. Copy of the depositor’s Identity Card
  4. Copy of the contract or agreement between the two parties, (if applicable)
  5. Copy of the creditor's letter refusing the offer or registered mail slip concerning the creditor's receipt of the letter of offer or refusal to receive it
