   Required Documents

  1. Original assigned documents
  2. Copy of the assigned bond or the will subject
  3. Fill the application form
  4. Copy of the Identity Cards or passports
  5. Written approval from Ministry of Housing if the property is a housing unit
  6. Copy of the power of attorney in case the applicant is willing to authorize another person to sign in the court

   Important notes

  • Others:
  1. The will should not exceed one third of the inheritance, unless other heirs agreed otherwise.
  2. An assignment may not be allowed to an heir, unless by the approval of the other heirs.
  3. The assignor may withdraw his will prior to his death.
