   Required Documents

  1. Official letter addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of National Health Regulatory Authority
  2. The consultant doctor’s resume
  3. Copy of the consultant doctor’s academic and experience certificate, should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs- Kingdom of Bahrain
  4. Copy of the consultant’s passport
  5. Copy of the consultant’s license to practice medical professions from the country which the doctor currently practices in
