   Required Documents

  1. Original Document of the ceded property and as well as a copy or an official supporting document for the ceded subject
  2. Copies of Identity Cards, or the passports of the assignors
  3. Copy of the title deed for the ceded money ( real estate document, Commercial Registration, commercial shares and other) in case of a private waiver
  4. Copy of the power of attorney
  5. Written approval from Ministry of Housing in case the waivered money is a real estate or a housing unit
  6. Copy of the religious ordinance
  7. Designated Application Form

  • Others:
  1. Indicate the type of the cession
  2. In case of the cession, all the assignors must attend the acknowledgement, or the presentation of an official power of attorney to be presented by the attorney before the court
