Handle requests from customers to have exemptions from infrastructure fees because they are listed in one of the categories where exemptions apply

Required Attachments

Infrastructure Exemption Request form
Copy of the title deed
Copy of the aerial map
Copy of survey certificate
Provide a letter for beneficiaries if the request is for first-degree relatives
Copy of ID Card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
Photograph of the ID Card reader printout
A written letter explaining the reason(s) for exemption
Provide the request number from the municipality

Decree No. 11 of 2017 defining the categories and methods for the collection of fees to establish and develop infrastructure in the existing reconstruction areas where there are amenities.
