Request an exemption from infrastructure fees
Handle requests from customers to have exemptions from infrastructure fees because they are listed in one of the categories where exemptions apply
Required Attachments
- Infrastructure Exemption Request form
- Copy of the title deed
- Copy of the aerial map
- Copy of survey certificate
- Provide a letter for beneficiaries if the request is for first-degree relatives
- Copy of ID Card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
- Photograph of the ID Card reader printout
- A written letter explaining the reason(s) for exemption
- Provide the request number from the municipality
Legal Regulations
- Decree No. 11 of 2017 defining the categories and methods for the collection of fees to establish and develop infrastructure in the existing reconstruction areas where there are amenities.
