Program License (A-B-C)

Under this service, training programs provided by private training institutions are evaluated and examined, and a license is issued for each program according to certain criteria, depending on the type of program and the certificate granted (attendance - passing the program - international programs).

Required Attachments

Completed C1 training program license form
Program description form
Trainer’s license issued by the administration
Documents of other entities, if needed, and depending on the type of program

Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments

Application form to be filled in, with the required attachments, and sent through the official channels
Examination and review of the application
Approval of the application by the director of the department and the issuance of the program license
The original copy should be delivered to the training institution, and a copy of which is kept in the institution’s file
