Modifying training programs for a private training institutions

The training institution submits a program modification application form if there are any amendments to the program that should be licensed.

Service Conditions

  • The private training institution must be licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.
  • Training programs must be licensed in the same field

Required Attachments

  • Training program modification license form
  • Previous license for the training program
  • A copy of the previous coach’s license
  • In case the program is international, a copy of the institution’s license from the awarding body is required to be attached
  • Justifications for the modifications

  • Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments

  • Fill in the application form with the required attachments and send it through the official communication channels
  • Examine the application and take the final decision
  • Training institution to be contacted to hand over the amended document and cancel the previous license
  • Deliver the original to the training institution, and keep a copy in the institution’s file.
