Reporting information related to construction projects

This service is provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development to employers who are required to report the location of construction sites, as mentioned in Ministerial Resolution No. (3) of 2012 regarding reporting construction sites

Service Conditions

The site area must be more than 150 square meters
The construction work in the project should take more than a month
The number of workers on the site should be more than 50 workers
The form must be submitted by the employer or his representative

Required Attachments

Construction site reporting form
Construction license
Employment contract for the main contractor and subcontractors
Address card issued by the Central Informatics Organization (CIO)
