Resolving complaints received from trainees at private training institutions

Service Conditions

  • The complaint must be submitted to a training institution licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development

Required Attachments

  • Fill out Form No. (B-2) with the required attachments
  • A copy of the applicants ID Card
  • Any attachments and supporting documents related to the complaint.

  • Article (16) of Law No. (17) of 2007 on Vocational Training
  • Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments

Service Processes

  • Fill out the complaint form and send it through the official application channels
  • Review the details of the complaint and discuss it with the concerned party.
  • Resolve the complaint amicably in accordance with the official procedures, or refer it to legal affairs if one of the parties does not agree
