Submission of Health Research Proposals

This service is a unified online platform for communication between the Medical Review Office of the Ministry of Health and researchers in the health field to facilitate the process of submitting health research proposals and completing all required documents and data.

Required Attachments

  • Details of the research proposal.
  • The research timeline.
  • Participants’ data.
  • Participants’ acknowledgement of sharing their data.
  • Data collection document (interview instructions, questionnaire, direct report or/and data collection form (Arabic and English, if any)).
  • A letter to the Chair of the Ministry’s Research Committee.
  • The application form No. 1 and 2 (uploaded upon application).
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).

If the application is submitted by a university student:

  • Approval from the research supervisor at the university.
  • Approval from the research committee at the university.
