Preparation of a cadastral map showing the area, location, delineation boundaries and dimensions of the property.

Required Attachments

  • Title deed: Attach pages (1 to 7 ), ( 10 to 13).
  • Identity Card
  • Power of attorney (in case the owner is not present)
  • Referral of the application by the Registration & Follow-up Directorate

  • Real Estate Registration Law - Article No. (50)

Fees

  • 1 BD : Certificate application fee
  • 5 BD : Marking fee / Per Mark
  • 5 BD : Beginning the transaction
