Admission of postgraduate students

This service allows the graduates of bachelor’s, higher diploma, or master’s academic programs to continue their studies in postgraduate programs.

Required Attachments

Graduation certificate for the pre-qualification, provided that it is from a recognized university, certified and equivalency approved by the competent authorities
Valid passport
Valid ID
An English language certificate in case you wish to be exempted from entering the English language exam referred to in the admission requirements
Two recommendations from the applicant’s academic professors
A recent color photograph
An application fee of 10 BD, in addition to 50 BD, language test fees are non-refundable
For Kuwaiti students: In addition to the mentioned documents, proof of no objection must be attached to the Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Kuwait in Bahrain
A letter of equivalency and approval of the certificate (for some universities) from the competent authorities in the Ministry of Education or Higher Education
Academic Transcripts for Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree (for PhD applicants)

Fees

10BD : Application fee, Fees are paid only once
50BD : English language test fee for applicants who do not have a TOEFL or IELTS certificate of academic level

Select UOB Admission Requests
Note: You can add or modify the uploaded documents by accessing the UOB Admission Requests link and then choosing to modify files for postgraduate students during the period you are allowed to do so and when the status of the operation is (Opened).
Then choose Submit Applications for Postgraduate Programs
Enter the required personal data
Choose and select the program to be applied for (higher diploma - masters - doctorate)
Choose and determine the student’s pre-qualification (Bachelor - Master)
Enter personal contact information (e-mail - mobile phone - address)
Choose the English language certificate (Toefl or Ielts) and enter the result, or choose the English language exam at a fee of 50 BD and press
Click Submit
