In a move to provide comprehensive, precise, and up-to-date information that accurately represents the Real Estate sector's state in Bahrain, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority has provided the National Real Estate DataBank (Aqari). Aqari is a pioneering national system designated as the prime repository of real estate data in Bahrain. It utilizes standardized criteria for real estate information classification, ensuring easy exchange, integration, and consistency of data.

Benayat building permit portal is a one-stop platform that streamlines the construction process in the Kingdom of Bahrain through Public and public-private partnerships and provides a guided and end-to-end process in one single window. Through its integration and auto-validations with Bahrain’s GIS data, Benayat has provided unbiased handling of construction and building permits.

The Bahrain Vision 2030 seek to preserve, protect, and manage this historical heritage and encourage public awareness about the inherent value of this historical heritage. The vision further urges the creation of a list of historical sites, which will then be studied and classified within a legal framework for the purpose of protection and preservation in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Since 2010, The Ministry of Works has been working to implement Sustainability and Green Building requirements in Bahrain buildings and infrastructure construction.
